Description

Salvia x jamensis ‘Nachtvlinder’

A bushy, shrubby, perennial which has ovate to elliptic, toothed, mid-green leaves. Velvet-like plum-purple flowers are borne in terminal racemes from June to September.

Grow in light, moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or light dappled shade. It will reach a height of 75cm and a spread of 50cm.
