Elephant’s Ears. A compact, clump-forming perennial which has rounded to heart-shaped mid- to deep green leaves which are tinted purple in winter. From March to October, pale pink flowers on short stems are borne.
Grow in humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. They are tolerant of poor soil and exposure, this enhances their winter leaf colour. It will reach a height of 30cm and a spread of 40cm.
