Description

Dryopteris wallichiana

Wallich’s Wood Fern. A magnificent clump forming, semi-evergreen fern. The young unfolding fronds are yellow-green, contrasting well with the black hairy midrib and stems.

Grow in moist, humus-rich soil in partial shade and a sheltered site. It will reach a height of 90cm and a spread of 75cm.
