Blue Eryngo. A clump-forming, perennial with ovate-oblong, toothed, dark green basal leaves, with heart-shaped bases, and spiny, palmately lobed, blue tinted stem leaves. From mid-summer to early autumn many light blue, round to egg-shaped flowerheads are borne on stiffly, erect, branched stems.
Needs well-draining, poor to moderately fertile soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 90cm and a spread of 45cm.
